Since Christmas

Since Christmas, William has become unstoppable. I knew this day was coming, but how prepared can you really be?
Up to his knees in a flash, no effort at all.

His feet come next, and then the mobility. His arms are longer than they look, and he is BRAVE. He lets go with one hand, dives for things, and in general it is scary.

He even decided he can do it in his crib (up until now his mobility was confined to our living room.
Here the sleep sack is in use, as well as mittens and a hat. Our house is quite cold.

Here are his pajamas from Victoria.

William decided to "help" me knit and then he wonders why I take things away!

He gets so excited when he does something tricky.
William loves electronics. I can't keep him away from them. This is why it is a miracle when I can accomplish anything on the computer. Just today, I discovered that if I give him an XBOX controller, I can type uninterrupted for approx. 3 minutes.

Ever since he got his two teeth, he will eat anything, just about as fast as we can feed him.

He now follows me into the kitchen (I don't know what I will do when he realizes we have stairs). He especially loves the mat I keep in front of my sink. He pulls it up and drags it around and sometimes, just stares at it.

This was yesterday. He wouldn't sleep during church and he'd already had a bad night. We were gone most of the day, and then by about 6pm he just collapsed in Dave's arms. What a sweet boy.

Hopefully, we can figure out the video thing soon. We have really cute ones.

I love the picture of him typing on the keyboard- it looks like such a serious, important "job" that he is doing. Bring on the mobile stage- soon he'll be running from room to room faster than you can imagine. Sounds like he already is!
