Your Requests

Mom had a few requests, so here they are.

Here is our house as of Saturday the second. We thought that this was plenty of snow...

but this is what we woke up to Sunday morning. What you can't tell is that it is still snowing in this picture-hard. We had at least another foot! It was an adventure to get to Stake Conf.
Here is the backyard. The snow blew so hard that each pine needle and the tree trunk are covered. We couldn't see out at first this morning because all of our windows were covered too.

This is William this morning. Up until now he plays on his rocking horse, and when he's done he yells to get off. He finally figured out how to get off by putting one foot onto the seat and then puts both feet on one side and stands next to it. Here, he has figured out how to get both feet onto the seat and stand (I don't think it was on purpose, but he did it over and over). I didn't think we had to worry about this kind of dangerous activity for at least a few more months.

Mom wanted pictures of my bathroom. I wish I had taken before pictures, at least so you could see how much cleaner it is now! After I got done painting, while everything was out of there I scrubbed and scrubbed. It was about as much work as the painting. I'm sure it hasn't been this clean for 15 years (especially considering the people who lived here before!).

Here is the color the bathroom used to be.

William is helping me cleanup. What you can't see is the blue tape stuck to his bum. Here is an "after picture."

Another after picture. Notice the light plate (we searched hard for them)Here is William enjoying the bath tub. He won't leave the soap dish alone.

He is such a ham in the bath. Here is Nana and Papa's other request. Look hard, they're there! He is very reluctant to show them.

VIDEO. Need I say more. This video is from Nov. 12, 2007 when we were visiting Nana and Papa. William was fascinated by the piano.
